⚠️ Known Limitations for Beta
Be aware of the following before inviting testers or going live.
•Feature flag enforcement is not yet wired to all components — some flags are display-only.
•Multi-workspace switching: UI exists, but account-switching is not yet implemented.
•SMTP not configured → digest emails are disabled unless SMTP_HOST is set in the environment.
•No Alembic migrations — database schema is managed procedurally via ALTER TABLE.
•PoppyConnect may be crash-looping (separate service; does not affect PoppyCreate).
•Outcome forecasting requires ≥2 snapshots to show trends — new workspaces will see no data.
